The Right Stand Episode 77 - 25 Mar 19 - Terming it a final assault on poverty, Congress Chief, Rahul Gandhi announced minimum income guarantee scheme assuring `72,000 a year for India's poorest families if the party is voted back to power. The BJP was quick to pounce on him asking where's the money & calling it another bluff announcement by the Congress.
